TRX Suspension training is a method of leveraged body weight exercise.

So, you always wanted to be a Navy Seal, right?  You fantasized about foreign missions, swimming through the moonlit waters of the Indian Ocean en route to a top secret mission 2 miles southwest of Borneo. You’d rescue some helpless international pawn and return her to her homeland. Right.

Even if those foreign missions are just oozing out of your daydreams, it’s okay.  There’s certainly no harm in being NAVY SEAL STRONG.  And with our TRX suspension program, you can do just that.

Born out of necessity in the Navy Seals training program, TRX is a full body training system that works a majority of your 652 muscles and specifically targets your core. Practiced faithfully, you can safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. ORIENTATION

We require all participants to take our TRX orientation before beginning classes. It’s a short introduction to the equipment, the proper positions, and core body position. Just check the front desk weekly for new orientation times as they change weekly.
