There’s nothing better to create a real awareness of the body than Tai Chi. You’ll learn many different ancient series of poses, but even better, you’ll gain balance, strength and a better sense of yourself in your own skin.
InstructorS, Richard Link takes students through a one hour traditional Tai chi routine that changes on a regular basis. Tai Chi, according to Richard, restores muscle strength and aerobic endurance, improves balance and flexibility, reduces stress and pain and enhances circulation and sleeping.
On Friday mornings, instructor Marda Kaiser takes students through a half hour traditional Tai Chi class that is designed to focus on balance and strength.
