Fight Club is THE BOXER’S WORKOUT WITHOUT THE FIGHT. InsideOut began “real” boxer’s training in the Memphis health club environment way back in 1996, so we’ve seen what works, and this is one great workout that just happens to be a lot of fun.

What is a Boxer’s workout? “Let me explain,” said the trainer.  You will do everything to failure: pushups, crunches, bag work, rope work, core work, and all kinds of cardio.  You will learn to become friends with the ground, for if you are not falling to it exhausted, you will be using it to create power.”
