InsideOut’s environment is relaxed, non-threatening, and certainly not the typical gym environment. It doesn’t matter if you’re a fitness expert or someone who has never worked out before – we’ve got classes tailored to your fitness level. Plus, one of our greatest strengths is our method of scheduling. We easily reduce the number of members working out in the cardio and weights area of the main floor by scheduling at least 3 classes (ie. Spinning, Rowing, Boxing) during the busiest times of the day. That way, there is rarely a wait for any piece of equipment.
After 20 years in business, our membership has grown steadily, and we continue to evolve. Our creative vision and innovative ideas in the world of fitness continue to get noticed. We have been recognized and commended for our progressive fitness programs by more than 10 local newspapers, television and radio stations. That means that our members continue to get the most innovative classes and workouts that we can find. From Self Magazine to Men’s Health and The Memphis Flyer, our little Midtown gym has been recognized locally and nationally as one of the top health clubs in Memphis.
As a member of InsideOut, you’ll experience the best new programs in fitness on a regular basis, and we don’t bore you with what you don’t like. We believe in total health and fitness (body, mind, and spirit), but we do it in an old fashioned way – with hard work. We greet our members by name, and we promote honest fitness by helping people set realistic goals and work hard to achieve them. No quick fixes. No fast talking.

We believe it’s our job to TEACH our members how to work out in the most effective way. Our classes are designed to accommodate everyone from beginners to the most advanced.
