TEEN SPINNING
TEEN SPIN
When it comes to exercise, teenagers are different. They like different music, different styles, and a different atmosphere in class. We understand how important it is for young people to work out and we can't think of a better class for an all over body workout that suits any age better than Spinning.
Whether your teenager needs to lose weight, get in shape, or build strength, this class is the one. A 40 minute spin class will burn between 500-700 calories depending upon the individual.
You must be a member to take TEEN SPINNING classes or pay a $10 one-time visit fee for each class. If you decide to join, you will also be able to participate in any of our 20 other SPINNING classes, plus ROWING, ZUMBA, YOGA, and more.
The first two TEENSPIN classes will be a combination Spinning/Orientation class to give everyone a chance to learn the techniques of Spinning.
