On The Ball / Floor Work / Happy Hour

ON THE BALL

One of our most popular classes, On the Ball will take you through a variety of exercises, all of which either use the exercise ball or are performed on the ball. On the ball is designed to improve balance, flexibility, and core strength. You'll be rolling around for 30 minutes, tightening and toning and using one of the fitness world's safest pieces of equipment and your own body to get strong.

FLOOR WORK

Lighter weights plus high reps mean muscular endurance and toning. That's what you'll get with Floor Work w/ Weights. You'll use 3-5 lb weights, but don't let that fool you. The higher reps will cause a deeper burn that will likely have your muscles screaming for mercy. You'll start on the floor with belly busting ab work, then hit every area of the body with a weight routine. Appropriate for beginners or advanced exercisers.

HAPPY HOUR

We call it Happy Hour because you get a whole lot of fitness packed into a short period of time, and you won't know from week to week what the next session will include.  One week you might do lunges and crunches and the next week you'll do cardio boxing and weights.  It changes often and that's what makes Happy Hour work.
