The wedding date is set and you’ve thought of everything. Now focus on your most important goal of looking and feeling your best! Here Comes the Bride is six weeks of small group personal training to help brides lose weight, tone up, and feel fabulous and confident on your wedding day.
Life gets stressful when planning a wedding. Too often, brides lose fitness focus during pre-wedding months. Details of flowers and dresses, guest lists and dates, locations and wedding cakes, not to mention family and friends, create excitement AND stress. Food and drink-filled parties offer more diet challenges. Here Comes the Bride is the only program designed to save the day - the wedding day, that is!.
Midtown’s Insideout Gym personal trainers Rinnie Wood and Natalie Isaac have worked with many brides and mothers of brides during the past years. Both understand the unique emotional and physical effects of wedding planning on brides to be. Rinnie and Natalie also understand the need to offer a time-efficient, highly effective 6 week program that offers training needed to reach fitness goals in a fun and focused environment.
This group is for all levels of fitness, open to gym members and non-members.

TICKET TO HEALTH!

TICKET TO HEALTH. This is the fitness contest for fun, the one that rewards you just for showing up and giving it a go. No competition! No Penalty for not working out - Just huge rewards when you do.
The entire month of May is Ticket to Health month. It's simple! All you have to do is take a class, ANY class (ie. Spinning, Rowing, Fight Club, Power Hip Hop, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Cardio Boxing, Spin-Flex, Row-Flex, Floor Work with Weights, Bosu Ball, On the Ball, etc.), and we'll give you a fitness raffle ticket.
The more tickets you collect, the better your chances of winning. You don't have to buy anything - YOU JUST HAVE TO TAKE ONE OF OUR FREE CLASSES. You'll receive a raffle ticket for every class you take. We'll put all the tickets in the barrel at the end of the month and draw for GREAT prizes, including free personal training, a free month, heart rate monitors, cycling shorts, massages, tee shirts, and more.

Rowing Orientations are held regularly at 6:00 pm on Thursday evenings. So, if you haven't already begun rowing, sign up for an orientation and get started.
Spinning Orientations are held regularly at 7:00 pm on Tuesday evenings. Sign up at the front desk.

InsideOut is Midtown's Gym. We first opened our doors almost 12 years ago on Young Avenue in the heart of Cooper Young. That was 1996 and we moved to our current location at 2162 Courtland Pl in 2001, and are now even more centrally located to all of Midtown.
What continues to make us different? How about having the owners on site all day, everyday! There aren't many gyms or many businesses whose owners manage and actively take part in the daily running of the business. That's the difference at InsideOut.
Donna, Natalie, and Lisa work, manage, and teach classes at the gym on a daily basis, so your concerns as members are the priority. Our goal is to offer our members the best and the newest in the fitness industry - so that you don't get bored, so that you continue to get better.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS - CLASSES
Training Prescriptions - For about one third the cost of traditional personal training, members can sign up to receive training prescriptions from one of our personal trainers. Every week, your trainer will send you a new program to help you reach your goals depending upon what those goals are.

SWEATSHOP AND RE-SHAPE. Two of our signature group training programs conducted exclusively by InsideOut personal trainers. SweatShop targets people who are in shape but need to push themselves to a new level. It's intense and unforgiving - not for beginners. Re-Shape, on the other hand, is perfect for all levels from beginner to advanced. And both programs educate participants on all aspects of fitness, including cardio vascular exercise, weight training, and nutrition.
