Zumba



Zumba (pronounced zoomba). It's the new fitness craze, and it's popping up all over the country. What is it? Inspired by Latin dance moves with some Hip Hop thrown in, Zumba mixes easy aerobic moves with Latin rhythms and current dance moves. If learning a "dance routine" scares you, don't worry. If you can walk, you can do Zumba.

Zumba for Fitness. It's non-stop aerobic work. You'll get your heart rate up, move everything on your body, and be drenched by the time class is over. Zumba is not just for women. We have lots of men joining the class too because it's such a great workout. Classes meet on Saturday mornings at 9 am and Wednesday evenings at 7:15 pm, so don't miss it. By the way, Zumba is FREE, as usual, for members.
